A dynamic and forward-thinking software company, known for crafting solutions used by household names in the media and telecom sectors, is on the hunt for an experienced Senior AWS Developer. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-impact, greenfield build for a major international brand – one that values elegant engineering, ownership, and modern cloud-native approaches.
If you're passionate about building scalable, serverless applications in AWS and enjoy turning complex problems into clean, maintainable code – this role will speak to you.
Day to day of the role:
• Designing and implementing cloud-native architectures using the AWS ecosystem
• Leading development of a greenfield product from the ground up
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape technical direction
• Mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of clean code and continuous improvement
• Working as part of a close-knit, agile team with a high degree of autonomy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Advanced Python development experience
• Strong hands-on skills with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions
• Experience with SQS, SNS, S3, EventBridge, API Gateway, and related services
• Confident with RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred), IAM, CloudWatch, and Git-based workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
