Python AWS Developer (with Gen AI) Onsite in Reston, VA or Plano, TX -hybrid GEN AI is required We are looking for an experienced AWS/Python/GenAI Developer to join our team, focusing on L3 support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/GenAI solutions, combined with hands-on experience in Python development and AWS cloud infrastructure. The role involves solving critical issues, maintaining system performance, and implementing enhancements to support evolving business requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Python Development: • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and tools. • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices. • Integrate third-party APIs and libraries as needed. • Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization. 1. Generative AI Development: • Develop and fine-tune generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. • Implement machine learning algorithms and deploy AI-powered solutions for specific business requirements. • Research and experiment with state-of-the-art generative AI techniques (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, Transformers). • Build custom AI models and pipelines to address domain-specific challenges Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency in Python programming and frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django). • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, CloudFormation). • Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, or custom LLMs). • Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of AI/ML solutions. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments. • Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. • Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in AWS and AI/ML technologies.
