Role description
AWS/Azure Cloud Engineer St Louis, MO(onsite) Contract Only on w2(USC or GC) Only local to St Louis,MO Required: β€’ 2+ years of software development experience. β€’ 2+ years of Python (boto3) and Terraform development experience. β€’ 2+ years of experience with core Amazon Web Services such as Route 53, EC2 (AMI, EBS, ELB, ASG), S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, ElasticBeanstalk, ElastiCache, IAM, VPC, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS. β€’ 2+ years of experience with core Azure Services such as Azure Policies, Microsoft Defender, VNETS/Subnets/NSGs, Blob Storage, EventHubs/EventGrid, Function Apps, Web Services, App Services β€’ 2+ years of experience writing Terraform modules . β€’ Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities. β€’ Must be able to coach and mentor team members and customers. β€’ Experience with the design and build of web application cloud infrastructure. β€’ Experience in and demonstrable knowledge of Linux command line interface. β€’ Experiences with software design methodologies, information systems architecture, object-oriented design, and software design patterns. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Excellent customer service skills. β€’ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. β€’ Ability to quickly triage problems, determine root cause and drive resolution. β€’ Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) β€’ Knowledge of version control tools, such as git, BitBucket, and GitHub β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.
