The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure services, cloud infrastructure, security, and DevOps practices. You will collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures. Key Responsibilities • Design & Implementation: • Architect, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on Azure. • Develop cloud migration strategies (lift-and-shift, refactor, rearchitect). • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Terraform, or Bicep. • Optimize Azure workloads for performance, cost, and reliability. • Security & Compliance: • Design and enforce security best practices (IAM, RBAC, Azure Policy, Azure Security Center). • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, SOC, GDPR, HIPAA). • Implement Zero Trust security models and Azure Defender protections. • DevOps & Automation: • Set up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. • Automate deployments using Azure Pipelines, Kubernetes (AKS), and Docker. • Monitor and troubleshoot using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. • Collaboration & Leadership: • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into cloud solutions. • Mentor teams on Azure best practices and cloud-native development. • Stay updated with emerging Azure services and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications • Technical Skills: • Strong expertise in Azure Compute (VMs, App Services, Functions, AKS). • Proficiency in Azure Networking (VNet, Load Balancers, VPN, ExpressRoute). • Experience with Azure Storage, Databases (SQL DB, Cosmos DB), and Data Solutions. • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), MFA, and Conditional Access. • Familiarity with Azure Governance (Management Groups, Blueprints, Cost Management). • Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python. • Certifications (Preferred): • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305). • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104). • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400). • Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Ability to lead cloud strategy discussions. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 8+ years in cloud architecture, with 5+ years specializing in Azure. • Proven experience in large-scale cloud migrations and hybrid cloud setups.
