How You Will Make an Impact
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and data workflows in a cloud environment.
• Build and optimize data pipelines integrating Azure Synapse, PySpark, and SQL-based transaction databases.
• Troubleshoot and enhance both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
• Partner with actuarial and business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, maintainable software solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and automation scripts to streamline deployment and delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical documentation.
• Support QA and UAT cycles, ensuring seamless hand-offs and validating system functionality for production releases.
• Own the development lifecycle—from coding through testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Are You an Experienced Full Stack Engineer Ready to Make an Impact?
Required Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with proven success in delivering cloud-based applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, Flask, and SQL for end-to-end development.
• Expertise deploying applications on Azure App Service and integrating with Azure Synapse or similar data platforms.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
• Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and modern software architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to work across the full SDLC, from design through deployment and maintenance.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to handle production issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in financial services or the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with front-end troubleshooting (HTML, JavaScript, CSS frameworks).
• Experience collaborating with offshore development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
