We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer Lead with strong experience in Azure Data Services, Power BI, and enterprise data modeling. This role will lead technical initiatives, guide the Data Team regarding Engineering & Business Insights, and establish standards for building a modern data platform. You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable data solutions, enabling advanced analytics, and delivering actionable insights through Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Modern Data Platform maturity and development.
Deliver and maintain the Enterprise Data Model.
Set technical strategy and lead complex initiatives within the team.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, operable solutions.
Architect and implement data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data acquisition strategies.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and implement best practices for visualization and DAX.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Mentor team members and enforce coding standards.
Ensure data governance, security, and performance optimization.
