Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite in Cincinnati, OH

Our innovative and data-driven client is searching for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to design and build modern data pipelines, scalable cloud data platforms, and enterprise data solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Snowflake. This team is looking for a senior engineer who can transform complex data into trusted actionable insights that empower business leaders to make smarter data-driven decisions.
As a key member of the Data Engineering team, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and leadership to maximize the value of enterprise data. This team has a ton of solid data but is seeking someone who can help unlock meaningful business outcomes by building the data foundation needed to improve attendance, donor engagement, retention, fundraising performance, and overall organizational growth. This is an opportunity to work with modern Azure technologies while helping shape an enterprise analytics strategy that directly influences executive decision-making.
Requirements for the Azure Data Engineer:
• Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Snowflake
• Strong Python and SQL development skills with experience processing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
• Experience developing ELT/ETL solutions, data integration workflows, and enterprise data models in Azure
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, governance, and best practices for cloud-based analytics platforms
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party data sources
• Experience supporting Business Intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives through well-designed data architectures
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data into measurable business outcomes and actionable insights
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization platforms preferred
• Experience working within Agile development environments preferred
