Job Title: Azure Data Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 2 days onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Only Apply if comfortable with In-Person interview in Charlotee, NC Interview Process: Teams interview followed by a final onsite interview Job Summary The Azure Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. The role involves building robust data pipelines, implementing enterprise data lakes, and ensuring data governance, security, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines using Azure services. • Build and optimize data integration workflows with Azure Data Factory. • Develop analytical and warehousing solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics. • Implement large-scale data processing solutions using Azure Databricks. • Design and maintain enterprise data lakes and modern data architectures. • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions. • Optimize performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data platforms. Required Skills • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Data Engineering services. • Hands-on expertise with: • Azure Synapse Analytics (Mandatory) • Azure Data Factory (ADF) (Mandatory) • Azure Databricks (Mandatory) • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data lakes. • Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance best practices. • Azure certifications are highly preferred.
