In this role, you’ll work across development and operations teams to design, deploy, and optimize cloud-based systems using DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and passionate about leveraging automation to drive performance and innovation. As a Azure DevOps Engineer you will: β€’ Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using DevOps methodologies. β€’ Automate provisioning, deployment, and scaling with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. β€’ Partner with development teams to maintain smooth CI/CD pipelines and seamless application deployments. β€’ Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, security, and cost efficiency. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and reliability. β€’ Implement and maintain security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance standards. β€’ Document configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure repeatability and transparency. β€’ Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends to continuously improve infrastructure design. You will be a good fit for the Azure DevOps Engineer role if you have: β€’ 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, DevOps, or related fields. β€’ Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. β€’ Working knowledge of Unity Catalog (expert level not required). β€’ Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates). β€’ Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. β€’ Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS). β€’ Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. β€’ Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Datadog. β€’ Understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments. β€’ Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and collaborate across teams. β€’ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Set Yourself Apart With: β€’ AWS or Azure certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). β€’ Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture. β€’ Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation. β€’ Background in large-scale cloud migration projects.
