Role description
Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join their team supporting the Arizona Motor Vehicle Division (MVD). This is a long-term contract role based onsite in Downtown Phoenix. The engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure components that support the MAX operationβADOTβs core system for title, registration, and driver services. The applications are built in .NET and run entirely on Azure.
This role is part of a 12-person infrastructure team, including four senior engineers focused on Azure. The team is expanding as other states begin onboarding the same platform. The position involves hands-on DevOps administration, release management, automation, and development support. Candidates must be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and participating in after-hours deployments.

β’ CI/CD pipeline creation and management
β’ PowerShell scripting and automation
β’ Application configuration (Azure App Config, ADO Library)
β’ Repo administration (TFVC)
β’ Troubleshooting build/code merge failures
