We’re hiring an Azure DevOps (ADO) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a W2 contract opportunity supporting enterprise delivery visibility, governance, and Azure DevOps adoption.
Location: Dallas, TX — Hybrid
Duration: ~3-6 months
Pay: $65-70/hr W2
What you’ll do
• Build executive-ready ADO dashboards/analytics (queries, reporting, insights
• Drive standardization & adoption of Azure DevOps across team
• Establish governance, metrics, and compliance reporting
• Provide light ADO admin/config (projects/boards/work items/dashboards)
• Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing enablement
Must-have: 5+ years in Azure DevOps (enterprise), strong dashboarding/reporting, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), stakeholder-facing communication.
Nice to have: Power BI integration, ADO Analytics/Pipelines/Repos/Test Plans, migration experience.
