Job Title: Azure DevSecOps Developer Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6+ months Start: 9/2/2025 End Client: Confidential Workplace Type: Hybrid Location: San Antonio, TX, or Findlay, OH Travel: <25% Job Description: Our client is seeking an Azure DevSecOps Developer to join their team. Responsibilities: β€’ Supports the defined tactical DevSecOps roadmap, contributing to the team’s objectives to improve DevSecOps across the organization. β€’ Produces high-quality solutions or deliverables in accordance with effort estimates and specifications. β€’ Produces proper documentation of solution design and works with the team and external stakeholders to design and implement solutions to meet company standards. β€’ Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, including software engineering, operations, quality assurance and cybersecurity, to streamline processes. β€’ Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of automation solutions to enable teams to build and deploy code efficiently, securely and consistently. β€’ Develops elegant and inspired software, utilizing their creativity to build the most effective solutions that also follow the defined acceptance criteria and application architecture/design principles. β€’ Aims for continuous improvement in our developed solutions, resolving technical debt while developing and deploying new capabilities. β€’ Ensures the quality of our custom solutions through necessary unit testing, functional testing, AppSec testing, quality testing, etc. β€’ Provides operational support for internally developed solutions (restarting services, restarting jobs, troubleshooting pipeline templates, responding to customer tickets, etc.) while promoting the concepts of automation and continuous improvement. β€’ Understands and documents common practices, allowing team members to share responsibilities/tasks and promote operational resiliency. Requirements / Skills: β€’ Management and usage of DevOps platforms, including Azure DevOps and GitHub β€’ Azure DevOps pipeline development/design (Preferred) β€’ .NET C# development skills for backend process orchestration, API development, and front-end UI development (Blazor) β€’ Enterprise-grade re-usable and long-term supportable API development (Preferred) β€’ GitHub Copilot utilization and optimization (i.e., custom instructions and governance) (Preferred) β€’ Azure Entra ID integration for application and API authentication/authorization β€’ Developer-based software testing skills (i.e., unit testing, quality testing, functional testing) β€’ Azure cloud computing and application hosting (i.e., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), Azure Container Apps) β€’ Containerized application development and orchestration β€’ Artifact management and lifecycle, especially with JFrog Artifactory (Highly Preferred) Kerzog β€’ Usage and configuration of Azure API Management (APIM) (Highly Preferred) β€’ Version control management (i.e., git) β€’ Database management systems (i.e., SQL, CosmosDB) β€’ Agile methodologies (i.e., SAFE, Scrum) (Preferred)
