Azure Informatica Architect Contract | Start: 09/01/2026 | End: 08/31/2027 | Up to 2,008 hours Location: Austin, TX 78751 | Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite Mon & Wed) | Local candidates only Position Overview Seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect 3 to support cloud computing initiatives in a regulated, multi-cloud enterprise environment. This role is responsible for planning, engineering, and supporting cloud infrastructure and applications across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models. The architect will work across IT and business teams to ensure secure, reliable, and well-monitored cloud and data/AI platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design and engineer cloud infrastructure and applications across Azure and GCP environments. • Support enterprise AI platforms, including GenAI and tools such as Gemini and Vertex AI. • Build and manage monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational support for cloud and data platforms. • Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, GCP Cloud Monitoring, and logging frameworks for reliability and usage tracking. • Implement log ingestion and transformation using Logstash and integrate with Azure Log Analytics. • Design alerting solutions using Twilio for ETL failures and operational notifications. • Support Blob Storage, data lakes, structured storage systems, and analytics workloads. • Support enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and integration patterns. • Work with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Secure Agents, APIs, and related integration challenges. • Implement IAM, network security, audit logging, and compliance controls in regulated environments. • Provide Tier 2/3 production support, debug logs, resolve access issues, and maintain system stability. • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to drive platform reliability and delivery. • Translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language for stakeholders and leadership. Required Qualifications • 8 years: Multi-cloud platform expertise with Azure and GCP. • 8 years: GenAI and enterprise AI platform knowledge, including Gemini and Vertex AI. • 8 years: Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, GCP Cloud Monitoring, and logging frameworks. • 8 years: Experience using Logstash for log ingestion and integration with Azure Log Analytics. • 8 years: Experience designing Twilio-based alerting for ETL failures and notifications. • 8 years: Experience with Blob Storage, data lakes, and structured storage systems. • 8 years: Hands-on support for data pipelines, data platforms, and analytics workloads. • 8 years: Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Secure Agents, APIs, and integration patterns. • 8 years: Strong IAM, network security, audit logging, and compliance experience in regulated environments. • 8 years: Ability to support Tier 2/3 issues, debug logs, and maintain production stability. Preferred Qualifications • 3 years: Building and managing Tableau Cloud environments. • 3 years: Integrating ArcGIS or geospatial systems with cloud data platforms. • 3 years: Python, Bash, serverless automation, and CI/CD pipelines. • 3 years: Exposure to GKE, AKS, Docker, and microservices architectures. • 3 years: Familiarity with data mesh, ETL/ELT, API integrations, and enterprise data standards. • 3 years: Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve platform issues quickly. • 3 years: End-to-end ownership of platform stability, reliability, and delivery. • 2 years: Translating technical concepts into business-friendly language. • 2 years: Leading coordination across engineering, data, infrastructure, and business teams. Work Schedule and Location • Normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding state holidays. • Primary location: 701 W. 51st St., Austin, TX 78751. • Hybrid schedule: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite (Mon & Wed onsite required), subject to change by the hiring team. • Local candidates only; applicants must already reside within the Austin area, within a 50-mile radius. • No relocation candidates; out-of-state candidates will not be considered. • Travel, per diem, parking, and living expenses are the responsibility of the worker/vendor. • Overtime or work outside normal hours may be required with prior approval.
