Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Azure ML Engineer Lead to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Python, MLOps, Azure Data Services, and cloud-native architectures, along with experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions using Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML).
• Lead the development of end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement MLOps practices using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and optimize ML models using Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Integrate ML solutions with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Storage, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and governance.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership on ML architecture and best practices.
Required Skills
• 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Azure Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML).
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Storage, and AKS.
• Experience with SQL and data engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with MLflow, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure AI Studio.
• Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100) certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
