Position Overview This is a remote, part-time consulting role for a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision and professional development support to a designated employee pursuing BCBA certification. The employee is currently completing their supervised fieldwork as required by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board). In this role, you will serve as the designated supervisor and co-signer of the Form I-983 Training Plan, working in collaboration with the company to develop and implement a customized supervision contract that meets all BACB requirements. The supervision plan will outline the structure, frequency, format, and content of the supervised fieldwork, along with progress evaluation mechanisms—ensuring the employee’s fieldwork hours are legally and effectively completed. The core of this role is to provide structured, high-quality, and actionable remote supervision, while maintaining ongoing compliance and effectiveness of the training plan. Your guidance will play a key role in supporting the employee’s legal work authorization and long-term professional growth toward becoming a certified BCBA.
