Soft Skills • Exp using HPLC's • Prior ADC Conjugation Exp • • • • Attention to Detail • • • (mistake seekers and standardize, willingness to speak-up) • Ability to take direction from team, not just leadership. • Electronic inventory management Interview • Teams (camera-on) • Follow with panel Teams (Camera-on) location: Bothell, Washington job type: Contract salary: $40.00 - 49.30 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Digital integration related to auditing and maintenance of compound registries • Regular maintenance and auditing of request, registration, analytical data and inventory applications • Frequent and timely User Accepting Testing for registration and request applications • Weekly electronic submission & registration of compounds for Conjugation & Screening • Laboratory fulfillment of reagent requests based on experience • HPLC maintenance and troubleshooting • ADC Conjugation and analytical support • Analytical characterization of purified ADC products • Creating and maintaining critical laboratory reagents, and managing their inventories • Evaluating and building new data efficiencies towards registration and laboratory data processes • Regular collaboration with team members and strong communication skills Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, chemistry, or related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, or equivalent degree • Hands-on laboratory experience (excluding college coursework) • Experience performing protein and/or antibody purification and characterization • Experience operating HPLC and/or FPLC • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills • Ability to perform routine tasks independently and commitment to high quality analysis and meticulous documentation Preferred • Experience with product quality analysis for antibodies and recombinant proteins • Experience with basic python scripting and strong excel skills • Antibody-drug conjugate and small compound handling experience • Experience with automated lab equipment and protocols • Prior experience working with electronic lab notebooks and/or LIMS systems • Willingness to work with potent cytotoxic compounds and following safety protocols skills: Chemistry, Protein Purification, High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
