This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, supports employee education, and partners with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver competitive and cost-effective benefit offerings. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred) • 2–5+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills Data, Business analysis, Requirements analysis, Agile Additional Skills & Qualifications Benefits Administration • Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and voluntary benefit programs • Manage open enrollment processes and system updates • Oversee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and status changes • Reconcile monthly vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies Compliance & Regulatory • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including: • Affordable Care Act (ACA) • Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) • Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, AZ. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
