Overview
• This role is a Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for enabling advanced BI capabilities by integrating new ServiceNow data and tables into Snowflake and visualizing them through Tableau. The position ensures that existing BI frameworks are adapted to seamlessly incorporate ServiceNow data alongside historical KeyedIn data, preserving continuity and enabling comprehensive reporting across past and future states. Key responsibilities include modifying and extending the BI infrastructure, developing accurate and timely Tableau dashboards and reports, and ensuring data consistency across all reporting layers. By delivering integrated, reliable, and actionable insights, the BI Analyst enhances organizational visibility, supports data-driven decision-making, and enables leadership to track performance and progress with confidence.
