Primary Skills: SQL-Expert, DAX-Advanced, PowerBI-Expert, DataModeling-Advanced, ETL-Intermediate Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6 + Months Location: Chicago, IL () Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2 #LP Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for our Corporate Finance line of business who will be instrumental in enhancing our data modeling capabilities and optimizing business processes through effective data analysis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end development of data modeling utilizing SQL, DAX, and M Queries within a hybrid workplace in Chicago. This role involves a combination of leveraging technical expertise in SQL, DAX, and Power BI to develop actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across various departments. Key Responsibilities: • Understand and address data requirements based on business needs from various stakeholders. • Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and effective visualization. • Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, SQL Queries, and analytics tools. • Define and analyze new KPIs to form actionable recommendations for business improvement. • Solve data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources, driving strategic decision-making through presentations to business leaders. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in DAX • Strong experience with end-to-end development of data modeling utilizing SQL, DAX, and M Queries • Experience in building dashboards with BI Tools such as Power BI. • Ability to read an ETL pipeline and collaborate effectively with both Data and Software Engineers. Industry Experience Required: • Prior experience in Corporate Finance or a related field is highly beneficial for this role.
