Required Skills:
β’ Proficient in SQL, including joins and aggregations
β’ Strong experience with Power BI for dashboard development
β’ Solid understanding of relational data, reporting, and data manipulation
β’ Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
β’ Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and syntax
Nice to Have Skills:
β’ Experience with data reconciliation and system balancing
β’ Familiarity with Power Apps or low-code/no-code business process automation
β’ Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar data integration tools
β’ Experience with data quality assessment and anomaly detection
β’ Background in data governance or data stewardship roles
Preferred Education and Experience:
β’ Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; Bachelorβs degree preferred
β’ 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting
β’ Demonstrated capability to interpret complex data sets and deliver stakeholder-ready insights
Other Requirements:
β’ Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with one day onsite each week
β’ Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
β’ Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
