Must Have Skills: Power BI, Power Apps ,Power Automate, Azure Analytics services & Microsoft Fabric
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Power BI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern data architecture, dashboard/report design, automation workflows, and cloud analytics platforms, with a focus on delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 12+ years of experience in BI development, with at least 3 years in a Power BI Architect or senior technical role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS, deployment pipelines).
• Proficient in Power Apps and Power Automate for building integrated solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Analytics services: Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Experience in building and managing solutions in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouses, Data Activator, DirectLake).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or Azure are a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and lead end-to-end Power BI solutions including data modeling, DAX development, visualization, and performance optimization.
• Integrate Power BI with Power Apps and Power Automate to deliver end-to-end data workflows and business process automation.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-based data solutions using Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, etc.).
• Build and manage enterprise-grade semantic models and dataflows in Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful visual analytics.
• Define and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and provide strategic guidance for adoption.
