Role: BI Architect & Lead (BPO Analytics)

We are looking for an experienced BI Architect & Lead with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Python, Tableau, and Power BI to drive analytics and data management initiatives for large-scale BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze large-scale BPO operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance opportunities
• Design scalable data models and optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing
• Develop Machine Learning models for forecasting, capacity planning, and risk prediction
• Build interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI reports for operational and executive stakeholders
• Develop Python-based ETL/data pipelines for automated data processing
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions
• Optimize reporting performance, refresh cycles, and analytical workflows
• Drive self-service analytics adoption and support data-driven decision making
• Create documentation, data dictionaries, and governance standards
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with large-scale BPO operations and service metrics
• Expertise in predictive analytics and statistical modeling
• Experience building production-grade ML solutions
• Strong understanding of data governance and enterprise analytics frameworks
