Role description
Remote Our client seeks a BI and Dashboard Analyst to redesign, consolidate, and optimize recruiting analytics for a high-volume, seasonal hiring program. The role will rebuild a large set of legacy dashboards into a modern, scalable suite across Tableau and Amazon QuickSight. Success requires strong people analytics expertise, deep knowledge of talent acquisition operations, and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable, future-ready insights. The work aligns to a job architecture redesign and must enable clear visibility into pipelines, progress, and bottlenecks. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities β€’ Lead assessment and redesign of approximately 50 recruiting and people analytics dashboards impacted by job architecture changes. β€’ Consolidate and rebuild dashboards into a simplified suite of roughly 10 to 20 high-impact assets aligned to business priorities. β€’ Ensure dashboards support high-volume, seasonal hiring cycles and the accelerated pace required by talent acquisition teams. β€’ Reframe reporting from legacy structures to an optimization-focused, future-ready analytics model. β€’ Partner with stakeholders to define data points, KPIs, and insights for hiring volume, locations, funnels, pipelines, and in-process candidates. β€’ Design dashboards that surface pipeline health, hiring progress, and operational bottlenecks for recruiters and talent acquisition leaders. β€’ Ensure dashboards are intuitive, scalable, and actionable for end users across recruiting and workforce planning. β€’ Conduct discovery with stakeholders in the first 90 days to document current reporting, data sources, KPIs, and business questions. β€’ Translate stakeholder needs into a forward-looking dashboard strategy aligned to the new job architecture. β€’ Recommend platform placement for dashboards across Tableau and Amazon QuickSight based on audience and scalability. β€’ Build dashboards to be production-ready for deployment once the new job architecture goes live. β€’ Support post-implementation assessment to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. Experience Requirements β€’ Strong background in people analytics supporting talent acquisition or high-volume hiring environments. β€’ Proven experience designing, consolidating, and rebuilding dashboards from scratch. β€’ Advanced, hands-on expertise with Tableau and Amazon QuickSight. β€’ Strong understanding of recruiting operations, talent acquisition workflows, and hiring pipelines. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive structure, clarity, and outcomes. β€’ Experience with job architecture remap or transformation, including titles, families, and job codes (preferred). β€’ Exposure to seasonal or surge hiring models (preferred).
