JOB TITLE: BI Developer LOCATION: Austin, TX (hybrid) PAY RANGE: $33.00 - $43.66/hr DURATION: 8 months TOP 3 SKILLS: Proficiency in SQL and Azure KQL, with hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with web analytics platforms like • • • Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Duties: Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders within the cohort to identify key business challenges and opportunities for optimization. Apply data-driven methodologies to develop impactful solutions, support strategic initiatives, and guide decision-making. Design and build dynamic, user-friendly data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth. Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity through robust validation and cleansing processes. Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Azure KQL, with hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with web analytics platforms like • • • Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Proven experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and industry best practices. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is required. Master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.
