What You'll Do
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Design and build scalable dashboards, reports, and KPIs to empower teams with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data models and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance across BI platforms.
• Maintain and improve the BI technology stack (e.g., Looker, Tableau, dbt, Snowflake, SQL-based tools).
• Identify opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements across the business.
• Advocate for data literacy and support a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Required:
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Experience with modern data warehousing tools, specifically Redshift.
• Proficiency with BI and visualization platforms. specifically Tableau.
• Experience designing ETL workflows using dbt, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with engagement metrics and digital analytics.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
