Overview
Agility Partners is seeking a BI Engineer to support a large-scale analytics modernization initiative for one of our enterprise clients. This role sits on a newly formed analytics team tasked with rebuilding a mission-critical client reporting platform from the ground up. The initiative is focused on delivering a modern, self-service analytics experience that centralizes data access and elevates how insights are consumed across the organization.
Youβll play a key role in designing and delivering executive-facing dashboards while partnering closely with business and data teams to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities
β’ Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable, enterprise-grade Tableau solutions.
β’ Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards that unify data from multiple sources into a cohesive analytics experience.
β’ Collaborate with Data Engineers to leverage data stored in Snowflake and other modern cloud-based data platforms.
β’ Write and maintain SQL to support dashboard datasets, validate accuracy, and ensure data integrity.
β’ Present insights and trends to senior leaders with clarity and confidence.
β’ Contribute to the development of a semantic layer to support ongoing modernization and AI-readiness efforts.
Must-Have Skills
β’ Strong experience building interactive Tableau dashboards in enterprise environments.
β’ Proven ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver impactful solutions.
β’ Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.
β’ Solid SQL skills (CTEs, joins, window functions).
β’ Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with leadership-level audiences.
Nice-to-Have Skills
β’ Exposure to ETL tools or data integration workflows.
β’ Experience with semantic layer design or analytics enablement frameworks.
