BI Report Developer

Must Haves: • 3+ years of BI / report development experience • Experience with SSRS and Power BI • C# .NET development experience for report customization and performance optimization Plusses: • Entity • JavaScript • Twitter Bootstrap • Git for source control and branching patterns • Power BI • AZURE Data Studio Day-2-Day: • Design and develop new reports based on client requirements. • Update and maintain existing reports to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Run SQL queries to gather data for report generation. • Copy, paste, and modify SQL scripts as needed to meet specific reporting needs. • Communicate with clients to understand their reporting needs and gather detailed requirements. • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of report development and address any concerns or questions. • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can be included in reports. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports. • Work closely with the environmental planning group to develop reports for environmental services. • Collaborate with a team of three, including one senior member, to ensure high-quality report delivery. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to reports. • Provide support to team members and clients for any report-related queries or problems. • Document all report development processes, including SQL queries and modifications. • Maintain detailed records of client requirements and report specifications. Compensation: $45-55hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
