Role description
Our client, a leader in Financial and Tax Software, is looking for someone to join their team as a BI Reporting Analyst. This role is hybrid in Mountain View, CA. β€’ This is 5-month W2 contract with benefits offered β€’ In this role, you’ll build high-impact dashboards, streamline data pipelines, and empower teams with the tools they need to make informed decisions. What You Will Be Doing β€’ Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards that deliver meaningful business insights β€’ Maintain a repository of reusable data visualization templates and standardized views β€’ Proactively identify opportunities to improve data sources; build pipelines or perform ETL when necessary β€’ Gather, clean, and consolidate large data sets to support dashboards and analytics needs β€’ Perform ad hoc analyses to answer urgent or emerging business questions Required Skills & Experience β€’ Hands-on experience developing visualization solutions using Tableau or Qlik Sense β€’ Moderate to strong proficiency in SQL with data warehouse environments such as Databricks, Redshift, SparkSQL, or Athena β€’ Ability to create segmentation, aggregation, and queries from scratch β€’ Proven ability to manage high workloads, prioritize effectively, and meet strict deadlines β€’ Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
