Weβre seeking a seasoned engineer to design and maintain robust data infrastructure, lead architectural decisions, and collaborate across disciplines to shape the future of ad tech.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $95 - $90 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
β’ Design, build, and maintain scalable data platform components for both real-time and batch processing. Own the full software development lifecycle β from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
β’ Drive engineering best practices including code quality, performance optimization, automated testing, CI/CD, and system reliability.
β’ Define and evaluate technical architecture, contribute to system-level design discussions, and lead decision-making on key engineering trade-offs.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, program managers, SDETs, and data scientists to deliver impactful solutions aligned with business goals.
β’ Lead by example to foster an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture; provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring system performance, availability, and reliability.
β’ Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to innovation efforts across the organization.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's Degree
β’ 5+ years of professional programming in Scala, Python, and etc.
β’ 3+ years of big data development experience with technical stacks like Spark, Flink, Airflow, Singlestore, Kafka and AWS big data technologies
β’ Deep understanding of data modeling, distributed systems, and performance optimization
β’ Knowledge of system, application design and architecture
β’ Experience of building industry level high available and scalable service
β’ Passion about technologies, and openness to interdisciplinary work
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
