Bilingual Senior Analytics Consultant

Overview We are seeking highly motivated analytics professional to help design, build, and scale our enterprise analytics platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and leadership to develop robust data architecture, maintain data governance standards, and deliver scalable business intelligence solutions using Power BI. The ideal candidate will speak both English & Mandarin operate at the intersection of data engineering and business analytics—designing reliable datasets, developing semantic models, and building dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is critical to expanding the organization’s analytics capabilities and supporting leadership with actionable insights. Duties/Responsibilities Data Architecture & Modeling • Design and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting needs. • Build and optimize structured datasets from enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and operational databases. • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and efficient data flows. Business Intelligence Development • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business teams and leadership. • Build and maintain reusable Power BI semantic models and datasets. • Optimize dashboard performance and ensure consistent metric definitions across reports. Data Governance & Documentation • Establish and maintain data definitions, KPI standards, and documentation. • Develop and manage data dictionaries and metadata documentation. • Ensure data consistency and integrity across analytics assets. Data Quality & Reliability • Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. • Develop processes to identify and resolve data anomalies or quality issues. • Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies. Analytics & Business Support • Support business teams with ad-hoc analyses and data-driven insights. • Translate business questions into analytical models and reporting solutions. • Enable self-service analytics by building reusable data models and reports. Qualifications/Requirements Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 4–8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data analytics roles. • Must speak & write both English & Mandarin fluently. • Experience building enterprise dashboards and reporting systems. Technical Skills • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. • Advanced experience with Power BI, including semantic modeling and DAX. • Solid understanding of dimensional data modeling (star schema). • Experience working with data warehouses and ETL/ELT processes. Preferred • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis. • Experience with modern data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake. • Familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows. Business & Communication Skills • Ability to translate complex business questions into data models and analytical insights. • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, operations, or marketing.
