β’ Partner with researchers to analyze immune repertoire sequencing data, provide insights, and answer project-specific questions.
β’ Translate scientific needs into technical solutions by developing scripts, dashboards, and automations.
β’ Act as a connector between scientific teams and technical stakeholders, helping both sides get the most out of the platform.
β’ Provide high-touch support for priority projects, ensuring scientists feel confident and supported at every step.
Bioinformatics Engineer | Skills & Experience
β’ 5+ years of professional work experience in scientific research, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or computational biology environments, including 3+ years of relevant experience in bioinformatics or related roles.
β’ Strong foundation in molecular biology, antibody or immune repertoire analysis, or NGS workflows.
β’ Proficiency with Python, Unix/Linux, and common tools for bioinformatics data analysis.
β’ Familiarity with dashboarding/visualization platforms (e.g., Plotly/Dash, Streamlit, Tableau, or R Shiny).
β’ Experience supporting or administering scientific systems, including gathering requirements, testing, and writing clear documentation.
β’ Comfort working with APIs, version control, and containerization tools (e.g., GitHub, Docker) to build reliable, automated workflows.
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into practical solutions.
