You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge facial recognition systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and reliability. Key Responsibilities • Develop, deploy, and maintain state-of-the-art facial recognition algorithms and biometric matching systems. • Analyze biometric data to enhance system performance, reduce false positives/negatives, and drive continuous improvement. • Implement robust identity verification processes while upholding high standards of data privacy and security. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate biometric solutions into existing platforms. • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to facial recognition technology. • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for biometric systems. • Communicate findings and project updates clearly through both written and verbal channels. Required Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience in facial recognition, biometric matching, and identity verification. • Strong understanding of biometric data collection, processing, and analysis. • Proficiency with facial recognition software, machine learning models, and related frameworks. • Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java. • Demonstrated ability to ensure data security, compliance, and privacy. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly. • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with the customer's team.
