Are you a BisTrack expert who thrives on turning data into business-driving insights? Weβre working with a confidential client in the building materials and distribution space, and theyβre looking for a sharp, proactive BisTrack Specialist to join their lean and agile IT team.
This is your chance to take the lead on BisTrack reporting, analysis, and optimization across a multi-site, multi-company environment. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and IT to extract meaning from data and drive business improvement, while positioning yourself for upward mobility. The right candidate could be on a fast track to IT leadership.
What Youβll Be Doing:
β’ Extract, interpret, and analyze BisTrack ERP data to support smarter business decisions.
β’ Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Power BI, and Crystal Reports.
β’ Partner with departments across the organization to understand their data needs and deliver targeted solutions.
β’ Ensure data integrity and accuracy through audits, troubleshooting, and best practices.
β’ Import and convert legacy system data into BisTrack; assist in integration and upgrade efforts.
β’ Document reporting processes and logic; support user training and help desk inquiries.
β’ Identify process improvements and enhance data usage across business units.
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Deep hands-on experience with Epicor BisTrack β reporting, configuration, data manipulation.
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and Crystal Reports.
β’ Experience supporting multi-site/multi-company environments.
β’ Ability to import/export data, write and execute scripts, and support legacy system transitions.
β’ A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the drive to optimize business processes through data.
Bonus Points:
β’ Experience in the lumber, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
β’ Background supporting system upgrades, data migrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Proven success in a small IT team where flexibility and initiative are essential.
