Location: Department of Children and Families DCF IS Division 505 Hudson Street Hartford, CT 06106 Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 P MWork Model: Hybrid — approximately 80% remote and 20% onsite, subject to agency policy. Candidate must be local, willing to commute, or willing to relocate. These systems are used by more than 2,000 social workers and case managers and are continuously enhanced to support child welfare case practice, State and Federal legislation, data capture, process functionality, and reporting requirements .The Department of Administrative Services – Bureau of Information Technology Solutions (DAS-BITS) provides technology services, expertise, and information systems infrastructure for DCF and its approximately 3,300 employees. Scope of Wo rkWe are seeking a mid- to senior-level BI / Tableau Administrator to support enterprise reporting and analytics platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for Tableau Cloud administration, incident management, troubleshooting, user support, platform monitoring, and ensuring the reliability of business-critical reporting service s.The candidate will administer Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions, and security across Development, Test, and Production environments. The role will also support and troubleshoot Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Salesforce data integrations, and MuleSoft Runtime Fabric environments that impact reporting platform s.
