Role: BMC Helix Digital Workplace Developer Location: Lone Tree, CO / Dallas, Austin TX/ phoenix, AZ/ Omaha/ Orlando, FL Duration: 18 Months Job Description: • Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement BMC Helix Digital Workplace applications tailored to organizational needs, utilizing AR System and Innovation Studio for customization and integration. • System Integration: Integrate BMC Helix Digital Workplace with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations and data flow. Innovation suite integration experience with Jira is a plus. • Customization: Customize modules, workflows, and user interfaces within BMC Helix Digital Workplace to enhance usability and meet specific business requirements. 5+ years and intermediate to advanced experience with BMC/Helix Digital Workplace is required. • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix Digital Workplace applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations. Experience troubleshooting request failures and root cause is required. • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides. • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest developments in BMC Helix Digital Workplace and IT service management to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. Skill Requirements: • BMC Helix Digital Workplace Expertise: In-depth knowledge of BMC Helix Digital Workplace, including experience with Digital Workplace Studio for building custom experiences. • AR System Proficiency: Strong experience with BMC's Action Request (AR) System, including development, customization, and integration capabilities. • Innovation Studio Experience: Proficiency in using BMC Helix Innovation Studio for application development and customization, enabling the creation of tailored solutions to meet business needs. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and development tools relevant to BMC Helix platforms. This includes but is not limited to Oracle/MSSQL, JSON, CSS, HTML. • Integration Skills: Experience integrating BMC Helix Digital Workplace with other enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party applications. • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document technical processes clearly. • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
