What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the execution of global commercial strategies for our digital farming solutions. You will collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to provide data-driven insights that influence decision-making and improve business performance. The role involves data analysis, KPI identification, report creation, and the development and maintenance of data analytic processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Translate business requirements into analytical deliverables. β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing actionable insights from diverse data sources. β€’ Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards within tools like Tableau or PowerBI. β€’ Document and track data quality issues in Jira for resolution by the responsible teams. β€’ Provide storytelling through data to support commercial and strategic initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or related quantitative discipline. β€’ 3+ years of relevant analytic experience. β€’ Proficiency with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and BI/reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI). β€’ Strong data visualization and dashboarding expertise. β€’ Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL. β€’ Ability to wrangle data from disparate sources and deliver insights. β€’ Experience working as an analyst within product, marketing, or sales organizations. Desired Skills & Experience: β€’ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. β€’ Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. β€’ Foundational project management experience, acting as liaison between business and technical teams. β€’ Familiarity with Google BigQuery or other database tools. β€’ Understanding of master data management, relational/columnar databases, ETL, and data warehousing. β€’ Intermediate proficiency in Tableau/PowerBI or similar visualization tools.
