Summary:
Role Overview
β’ Acts as a bridge between business teams to ensure accurate order management, smooth operations, and effective project coordination. Supports both day-to-day operations and non-IT business projects while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Order & Account Management
β’ Process and manage orders via SAP/NERP (EDI, SPACE, manual).
β’ Handle 50+ customer accounts, including PO updates, pricing verification, delivery tracking, and returns.
β’ Maintain accurate customer and order data.
β’ Issue Resolution & Coordination
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related issues.
β’ Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service.
β’ Reporting & Analysis
β’ Generate reports on open orders, pricing discrepancies, shipments, and aging orders.
β’ Analyze trends and support business decision-making.
β’ Project & Operations Support
β’ Track project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
β’ Maintain business documentation, communication records, and workflows.
β’ Assist with process improvements, contract review, and cost tracking.
Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business or related field
β’ Experience:0β2 years (entry-level ops) OR
β’ 3β5 years (order management/business analyst)
Technical Skills
β’ SAP and EDI systems
β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel & Office Suite
β’ Knowledge of builder systems (Supply Pro, KOVA) β preferred
β’ Core Competencies

β’ Problem-solving & analytical thinking
β’ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
β’ High attention to detail and data accuracy
