About The Role We are seeking an experienced ICAM Business Analyst to join our high-impact team on a contract basis. This role is primarily remote, with potential for on-site collaboration in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of Zero Trust and Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) solutions within a complex security environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in identity governance, privileged access management, and SAP technical integrations, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive process improvements. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional capable of managing stakeholder expectations, developing detailed requirements, and supporting the deployment of advanced security technologies essential for safeguarding organizational assets. Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in SAP technical integration, system implementation, and process development • Proven expertise with SAP systems such as ECC, EWM, SCM, CAMS, UAM, GRC, and Portal • Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, workflow design, and system integration • Extensive knowledge of security integration, including SAP with Citrix, Active Directory, and other external systems, especially UAM • Experience in leading Zero Trust and ICAM initiatives, including Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), EAMS-A, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) • Familiarity with Army LMP processes and management of Field Service Representatives, Firefighter roles, and role assignments (preferred) • Hands-on experience with SailPoint solutions is highly desirable • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills • Ability to lead workshops, conduct Q&A sessions, and manage stakeholder engagement effectively Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zero Trust and ICAM projects, including IGA, EAMS-A, and PAM solutions • Facilitate the development of As-Is and To-Be process flows in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals • Conduct workshops demonstrating IGA capabilities and provide technical clarifications to support project milestones • Prepare comprehensive requirements documentation supporting process flows and security protocols • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and effective knowledge transfer • Support ongoing project activities through participation in meetings, technical discussions, and progress tracking • Assist the Enterprise Architecture team with additional support related to ICAM and Zero Trust initiatives • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices during all phases of implementation Benefits • Competitive pay rate of $80/hr • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge security projects involving Zero Trust and ICAM solutions • Remote work flexibility with potential on-site collaboration in Arlington, VA • Professional development and exposure to advanced identity and access management technologies • Collaborative team environment supporting innovation and growth • Supportive management committed to your success Equal Opportunity Seneca Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
