Role description
Job Title: Business Analyst 2 Location: 100% Remote (candidates can work any timezone but they will need to attend infrequent meetings with teams in India and Europe so candidates in or close to EST may be a better fit.) Duration: 4 Months (Hoping to extend into FY27) Schedule: M–F, 40 hours/week Pay Rate Range: $25 – $30/hr Role 1: Feedback Operations & Analysis Key Responsibilities • Monitor and review ESS feedback submitted in OCV on a daily basis • Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with SMEs • Categorize feedback and assign ownership to appropriate teams • Track issues, follow up on progress, and ensure timely resolution • Prepare and deliver reports and insights to stakeholders Role 2: Knowledge & Content Management Key Responsibilities • Own content and knowledge issues across supported applications • Manage and maintain content within SharePoint and KM platforms • Identify and fill gaps in existing documentation • Partner with content owners to ensure updates are completed • Develop and document a Knowledge Management (KM) roadmap • Review current support knowledge practices and recommend improvements Experience Candidate Requirements • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience • Experience working in a large enterprise organization (required) • Experience presenting data and insights to leadership (required) Education • No degree required (degree is a plus but not mandatory) Disqualifiers • No large-enterprise experience • No experience presenting data to stakeholders or leadership Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills • Power BI – minimum 2–3 years (data analysis, reporting, dashboards) • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint – minimum 2 years • Data presentation to stakeholders – minimum 2 years Preferred / Ideal Profile • Experience building custom Power BI reports and dashboards • Ability to distinguish between process, content, and technical issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication with SMEs and IT teams • High attention to detail and tracking accuracy • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Strong organizational and project management skills If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
