This is a critical 12-month fixed-term contract where you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution during a period of significant digital transformation. As the Business Analyst for Supply Chain & Merchandising, you will be the driving force behind high-impact IT solutions, translating complex needs into actionable technical requirements. This role offers the chance to influence European-wide operations while mastering the lifecycle of change management within a fast-paced, enterprise technology environment. What You'll Need β€’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising, or large-scale Retail environments. β€’ Expert-level proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques and business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or Jira/Confluence). β€’ A track record of using MoSCoW and other prioritisation frameworks to manage complex project backlogs. β€’ Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to draft clear functional designs and detailed test scripts for technical teams. β€’ exceptional relationship management skills and the flexibility to potentially travel to European sites to engage with diverse stakeholder groups. What's On Offer β€’ Opportunity to lead digital change for a globally recognised market leader in the food-service industry. β€’ Collaborative hybrid working model providing a great balance of home and office-based interaction in Ashford. β€’ A high-visibility role where you can champion BA best practices across a massive international technology community.
