Business Analyst | Product Enablement Operations - Indianapolis, IN We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join the Product Enablement Operations team and help measure the impact of enablement programs across the organization. This contract role is ideal for candidates with Salesforce experience and strong analytical skills who want to drive data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: • Partner with program owners to design and implement solutions for measuring enablement program impact • Manage monthly and quarterly business review preparation with actionable insights • Build and analyze quarterly surveys to track product confidence and enablement effectiveness • Work cross-functionally with enablement, marketing, and operations teams to design efficient, data-driven processes • Use Salesforce data, Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets to extract, visualize, and communicate results • Support internal stakeholders through reporting, presentations, and process documentation What You Bring: • 1–2 years of Salesforce experience, or 2–3 years in operations, business analysis, data analysis, or project management • Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences • Proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and visualization • Experience building surveys and interpreting results to provide strategic insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities, align with stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a remote-first, collaborative setting • Knowledge of Salesforce core products and familiarity with sales, enablement, or marketing data definitions (preferred) • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, or related field Top performers are analytical problem-solvers who thrive in cross-functional environments, bring data to life through clear storytelling, and help enable teams to deliver measurable business impact. 📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN 💵 Pay: $35–$40/hr.
