We're working with a sector-leading consultancy client that is at the forefront of digital transformation across various industries.
The Role
• Modernise laboratory operations by transitioning from manual to integrated digital workflows and data.
• Define Epics and Features with business stakeholders.
• Refine requirements into User Stories with Acceptance Criteria within a Delivery Team.
• Contribute to design activities with Solutions Architects.
• Create and manage AS-IS/TO-BE process flows.
• Document and manage requirements in a Requirements Traceability Matrix or Azure DevOps backlog, participating in agile activities.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with LIMS (Labs Information Management System).
• Strong understanding of laboratory processes and data management.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
