Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team in a role that sits at the intersection of data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This position plays a critical part in driving category performance by delivering actionable insights, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a sharp analytical mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight. Responsibilities:
- Maintain, publish, and deliver regular performance reports covering sales, margin, market share, and supply, while tracking activities, trends, forecasts, and performance
- Assist with ongoing portfolio, assortment, and distribution analysis and decisions, including ranging and distribution reviews and new product introductions
- Support go-to-market activities for new product launches, including creation of sell-in materials, performance tracking, readiness management, and providing strategic input
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for internal cross-functional teams including commercial, marketing, supply chain management, finance, and product teams for assigned categories
- Support the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment process by participating in customer calls and partnering with internal teams to drive optimal inventory levels
- Contribute to quarterly planning, execution tracking, and post-program evaluation across assigned categories
- Provide competitor and market trend summaries to inform and shape category strategy
- Monitor key performance indicators on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, flagging exception cases to proactively drive corrective actions and improvements
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare meeting materials and maintain and document category plans for cross-functional alignment
Skills:
- Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize multiple forms of data
- Financial acumen with the ability to prepare analysis and recommendations for senior leadership
- Structured thinking with the ability to identify issues, form a perspective, and deliver clear recommendations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within and outside the organization
- Organized and professional approach to stakeholder communication and relationship management
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising sound judgment and consistently meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a business analysis or related role
- Experience in the telecommunications and/or wireless industry is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and interact effectively at all levels of an organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as general business, marketing, or economics, or equivalent relevant experience
