🔍 Business Analyst (State of Florida Project) 📍 Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite | Flex for occasional remote) 📌 Work Mode: Onsite with some flexibility | Long-Term Contract through June 2026 💼 Experience: 5+ years overall (State agency experience a plus!) We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) on a high-visibility project. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in full lifecycle business and systems analysis, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders and agile teams. ✅ Must-Have Skills: ✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business/Process Analyst in complex environments ✔️ Proven skills in process mapping & modeling (e.g., Visio) ✔️ Strong data analysis and ability to write SQL queries ✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ✔️ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for requirements and backlog management ✔️ Ability to develop test plans, test cases, and coordinate QA ✔️ Experience facilitating workshops with business units and SMEs ✔️ Excellent documentation and communication skills ⭐ Nice to Have: ✔️ Knowledge of State of Florida IT rules (60GG-1 – 60GG-5) ✔️ Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) ✔️ Experience with data migration, change & release management ✔️ Familiarity with quality assurance tools and techniques
