Business Analyst 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The role of a business analyst to lead the analysis of complex business processes and systems, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic and operational change initiatives across the organisation.
You Will
β’ Lead requirements gathering for complex, cross-functional projects and programmes.
β’ Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
β’ Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions at all levels, including senior leadership.
β’ Process Improvement & Change Analyse by identifying opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and automation.
β’ Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
β’ Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
β’ Identify and manage risks, assumptions, and dependencies related to requirements and scope.
β’ Use data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
β’ Support decision-making with clear, evidence-based insight.
β’ Contribute to the development of business analysis capability, templates, and ways of working.

You Will / Have:
β’ Significant experience in a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst role.
β’ Proven experience delivering complex change in a multi-stakeholder environment.
β’ Excellent communication skills, able to influence at senior management level.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
β’ Strong documentation writing and process modelling skills.
β’ Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or complex operational environments.
β’ Formal BA project management or ITIL qualifications (Desirable)
