Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and data, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, data quality, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional requirements for projects and system improvements
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders
Map and document current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") processes to improve efficiency and internal controls
Collaborate with IT teams to define, design, and validate technology solutions aligned with business needs
Participate in basic system configuration, functional testing (UAT), and validation of system changes to ensure solution quality before release
Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement in reports, workflows, and tool usage
Create reports, dashboards, and clear documentation (user stories, use cases, process diagrams) to support decision-making
Act as liaison between key business users and technical teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations
Provide post-implementation support, monitor solution performance, and drive adjustments as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar roles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working with technology teams
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or spreadsheet tools and data analysis
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to propose practical improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams
Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner, managing multiple tasks and priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience in enterprise system implementation or improvement projects (ERP, CRM, or others)
Basic knowledge of SQL or other data query tools
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative work in multidisciplinary teams
Intermediate or advanced English for interaction with documentation or global teams
