Salesforce Business Analyst – Contract-to-Hire – Remote (US)
We’re partnering with a leading global digital platform in the sports and e-commerce space to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis.
This role is part of a broader transformation initiative focused on optimizing CRM capabilities, improving customer data flows, and enhancing how Salesforce is leveraged across the business.
The Opportunity
This position sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer data. It’s ideal for someone who understands Salesforce deeply but thrives in translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
You’ll play a key role in improving how teams use Salesforce, supporting ongoing enhancements, and helping drive better visibility and efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Work closely within Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud), supporting configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancements
• Gather, define, and translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success to improve CRM processes and workflows
• Support data quality, data migration, and system integration initiatives involving Salesforce
• Build and refine reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights
• Act as a bridge between technical teams (developers/admins) and business users to ensure clear delivery
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve user experience within Salesforce
• Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar)
• Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structures
• Understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and integrations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Salesforce certifications (Admin or BA) are a plus
