Summary: Lead cross-functional initiatives by translating complex business needs into actionable technical solutions. Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and stakeholders to ensure timely, scalable software delivery. Mentor junior analysts and guide solution decisions across legacy modernization, integration, and new builds. Must-Have Skills & Experience: • ✅ 15+ years as a Business Analyst with deep experience in translating business processes into technical requirements • ✅ 10+ years collaborating with architects on technical design for large-scale applications • ✅ Strong Agile/Hybrid SDLC experience (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) • ✅ Skilled in user story creation, gap analysis, and solution design (custom, off-the-shelf, integration) • ✅ Proficient in process modeling tools (flowcharts, data models, BPM diagrams) • ✅ Solid understanding of enterprise systems, databases, APIs, middleware, and cloud infrastructure • ✅ Expertise in responsive design and human-centric application development • ✅ Strong communication across technical and business audiences • ✅ Familiarity with DevOps, modern programming frameworks, and legacy/emerging technologies
