We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join a large-scale government project within the Florida This is an exciting long-term contract role where you’ll play a key part in defining business processes, system requirements, and operational workflows across technology systems for public infrastructure. You will collaborate with IT teams, business units, and government stakeholders to ensure optimized solutions, process efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze, document, and improve existing business processes using modeling tools like Visio • Gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements • Facilitate meetings, lead workshops, and act as a liaison between business and technical teams • Define acceptance criteria and participate in system testing and validation • Work with DevOps and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar • Collaborate with database teams and perform SQL-based queries for data validation • Develop workflows and use cases that support Government systems • Support deployment, training, and adoption of new systems • Ensure documentation meets state standards and security guidelines • Deliver presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders
