Business Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and help deliver data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations). Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements. Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Ensure solutions meet business goals and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Junior/Entry-level acceptable). Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI / Tableau for data analysis. Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Preferred (Good to Have) Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart. Familiarity with requirements gathering techniques (BRD, FRD, user stories). Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations. Soft Skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong stakeholder management. Team collaboration and adaptability.
